Job Description

The Vegetation Technician is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of a cultivation facility. This includes monitoring and maintaining plant health, pruning, and training plants to ensure optimal growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plant biology and horticulture principles, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planting, pruning, and training plants
Monitor plant health and report any issues to management
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with other team members to achieve cultivation goals
Assist in harvesting and processing plant material

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in a cultivation or horticulture setting
Strong understanding of plant biology and horticulture principles
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
