Production and Auditing Assistant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational, and auditing support to the cultivation facility
• Verify inventory and production records through physical and digital reconciliations
• Support reporting and compliance efforts
• Maintain accurate data across inventory management and state seed-to-sale systems
• Assist with administrative functions including scheduling, document management, onboarding, meeting coordination, event support, and communication of facility policies and procedures
• Support facility inspections, audits, tours, and regulatory visits by preparing documentation and coordinating logistics as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• One to three years of data entry experience required
• Intermediate working knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Excel required
• One year of experience working in METRC, Biotrack, or MJ Freeway preferred
• Prior experience working within Dynamics NAV, CounterPoint, or similar inventory tracking systems preferred
• Ability to secure appropriate work credentials from the relevant State Licensing Authority in all states where PharmaCann operates
