Welcome to Inweed. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our cannabis industry job board available at inweed.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this Service. The Service is intended for individuals seeking employment in the legal cannabis industry. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that cannabis is legal in your jurisdiction for the purposes you intend.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You may register using an email and password or through Google OAuth.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Service Description

Inweed is a job board that aggregates employment opportunities from cannabis companies. The Service:

  • Collects and displays job listings from cannabis company career pages
  • Allows users to search and filter jobs by category, location, and company
  • Provides direct links to employer application pages
  • Allows subscribers to save jobs and track applications
  • Offers email notifications for new job postings

5. Usage and Restrictions

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service to:

  • Browse and search for cannabis industry job opportunities
  • Save jobs and track your applications
  • Access employer career pages to submit applications

5.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute job listings without permission
  • Access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers) without authorization
  • Overload, spam, or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Misrepresent your identity or qualifications when applying for jobs

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Free Access

Free users can browse a limited selection of job listings without creating an account or paying.

6.2 Subscription Plans

Subscribers gain access to all job listings, the ability to save unlimited jobs, track applications, and receive job alerts. Subscription options include monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.

6.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card information. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6.5 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will continue to have access until your current billing period ends.

7. Job Listings Disclaimer

Inweed aggregates job listings from third-party employer websites. We do not:

  • Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing
  • Endorse any employer or guarantee the legitimacy of any job posting
  • Guarantee that you will be hired or receive responses from employers
  • Have any involvement in the hiring process or employment decisions

Job listings may be removed or changed by employers at any time. We recommend verifying all job details directly with the employer before applying.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Inweed and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Job listing content is the property of the respective employers.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
  • Guarantees that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
  • Guarantees regarding the accuracy or availability of job listings

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INWEED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of employment opportunities or income
  • Actions taken by employers or third parties
  • Inaccurate or outdated job listing information

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your Account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
