Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the vegetation room
• Manage plant health and implement integrated pest management strategies
• Maintain a clean and organized facility
• Work closely with the cultivation team to ensure all plants are receiving proper care
• Monitor and control environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and lighting

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a cultivation or agricultural setting
• Strong knowledge of plant biology and horticulture
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in horticulture or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
