Job Description

The Trimmer Technician is responsible for maintaining and operating trimming equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality cannabis trimming. This role is based in Redding, CA, and requires attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and operate trimming equipment to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed
Clean and sanitize equipment regularly to prevent contamination
Collaborate with cultivation team to ensure trimming meets quality standards
Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime

Requirements

Mechanical aptitude and experience with equipment maintenance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
Attention to detail and quality control skills
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
High school diploma or equivalent required, cannabis industry experience preferred
