Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inventory audits and manage cash
• Lead teams to achieve operational goals and ensure compliance
• Maintain safety and security of guests and team members
• Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate store needs
• Ensure superior guest service and uphold company reputation
• Review and implement standard operating procedures
• Oversee daily sales floor activities and support marketing efforts
• Foster a positive work environment

Requirements

• 2-3 years of retail, guest service, or hospitality experience
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales-focused team
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills
• Strong written, verbal, and group communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and lift 30lbs
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• 1-2 years of supervisor/management experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality
• Previous cannabis industry experience
• Experience in a heavily regulated environment
