Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of store operations
• Oversee daily operations, sales performance, customer acquisition and experience
• Manage marketing and community outreach, inventory management, and overall store administration
• Lead teams, educate and connect with customers
• Bring strong experience in retail and a passion for modern-day wellness

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of full or part-time retail experience in a relevant industry
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales techniques and visual merchandising
• Warm, approachable and professional demeanor
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and sense of ownership
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, POS Systems)
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
