Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge, expertise, and guidance to customers about cannabis products
• Resolve customer questions and concerns in a timely and complete manner
• Utilize Point of Sale (POS) and inventory tracking systems to fulfill customer orders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and guest-ready store environment
• Meet or exceed daily sales metrics through tailored product suggestions
• Assist management staff in ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of experience in a cannabis retail setting preferred
• Prior customer service experience in hospitality, pharmacy, or retail environment
• Ability to pass background checks and meet age requirements
• Regular and punctual attendance required
