Sr. Director, Marketing

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps supporting retail growth, customer engagement, and brand visibility
• Partner with the EVP of Retail to align marketing strategy with store performance goals, promotional priorities, and customer engagement initiatives
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for brand marketing across Schwazze's retail banners
• Develop scalable local store marketing programs that enable individual dispensaries to drive traffic through community engagement, geo-targeted campaigns, and local partnerships
• Partner with Digital Marketing leadership to optimize customer acquisition strategies across paid media, digital channels, and CRM programs
• Lead and mentor a team of Marketing Managers responsible for banner marketing and campaign execution

Requirements

• Merchant-minded marketing leader with experience in multi-unit retail operations
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and ability to translate it into actionable programs
• Experience in retail marketing, brand management, and team leadership
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and build structure within a growth-stage organization
• Strong cross-functional leadership and partnership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
