Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the trim team, ensuring precise and efficient trimming of cannabis plants
• Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for trimming and post-harvest activities
• Provide guidance and training to trimmers to maintain consistent quality and productivity
• Monitor trim quality, track progress, and make adjustments to meet production targets
• Maintain a clean and organized trim area, adhering to health and safety protocols
• Collaborate with the Post Harvest Manager to coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks
• Assist the Post-Harvest Manager in overseeing the entire post-harvest process, including drying, curing, and packaging
• Conduct quality control checks on dried and cured cannabis to maintain product excellence
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory management
• Troubleshoot any issues or challenges during post-harvest operations
• Collect post-harvest data accurately and comprehensively
• Supervise the team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

Requirements
