Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with harvesting, drying, and curing of cannabis plants
• Monitor and maintain optimal environmental conditions for plant growth and processing
• Ensure all products are handled and processed in accordance with company standards and regulations
• Collaborate with the cultivation team to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and sanitation standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as agriculture or horticulture
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of plant biology and horticulture principles
