Job Description

The Post-Harvest Associate is responsible for assisting in the harvesting, drying, and curing of cannabis plants in a cultivation facility. This role will work closely with the cultivation team to ensure that all post-harvest activities are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the harvesting of cannabis plants
Help with the drying and curing process
Monitor and maintain the quality of the cannabis products
Work closely with the cultivation team to ensure efficient post-harvest activities
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a cultivation or agricultural setting preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
