Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the harvesting, drying, and curing of cannabis plants
• Support the packaging and labeling of finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
• Monitor and report any issues or discrepancies in the post-harvest process
• Collaborate with the cultivation team to ensure a smooth and efficient process

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a cultivation or post-harvest environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
