Job Description

The Post-Harvest Associate is responsible for assisting in the post-harvest process of cannabis plants, including drying, curing, and packaging. This role will work closely with the cultivation team to ensure high-quality products are produced. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of post-harvest procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the drying, curing, and packaging of cannabis plants
Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow standard operating procedures for post-harvest activities
Collaborate with the cultivation team to ensure high-quality products
Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in a related field (agriculture, horticulture, or cannabis industry)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
