Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the health and growth of mother plants
• Propagate new plants using a variety of methods
• Control and adjust environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and light to optimize plant growth
• Maintain accurate records of plant growth, health, and propagation activities
• Ensure that all propagation activities are carried out in accordance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field such as horticulture or agriculture
• Knowledge of plant biology and propagation methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
