Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the health of mother plants and cuttings
• Prune and propagate new plants
• Ensure consistent and high-quality supply of product
• Maintain accurate records of plant inventory and health
• Collaborate with other cultivation staff to achieve production goals

Requirements

• Experience working in a cultivation or agricultural setting
• Knowledge of plant biology and horticulture principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in horticulture or related field preferred
