Job Description

The IPM Supervisor will oversee the development and implementation of integrated pest management programs within a cannabis cultivation facility. This role will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards, while maintaining a clean and safe environment for employees and products. The ideal candidate will have experience in pest management, horticulture, or a related field, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated pest management programs
Monitor and control pests, diseases, and other cultivation hazards
Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential issues
Collaborate with cultivation teams to optimize growing conditions and minimize pest risks
Maintain accurate records of pest management activities and results

Requirements

2+ years of experience in pest management, horticulture, or a related field
Strong knowledge of entomology, plant pathology, and horticulture
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in a related field preferred
