Horticulture Assistant (Fertigation Team)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cultivation operations, including harvest, trim, cure and finishing
• Support techniques and practices in all areas of cultivation of cannabis
• Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility inside the production area
• Maintain the integrity of cultivation areas and assist the cultivation of the best low-THC, high-CBD medical cannabis
• Use, maintain, and operate equipment in the grow facility

Requirements

• Age 21 or over
• Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Understanding and knowledge of the proper cultivation of plants
• Experience in introducing new varieties of plants
• Experience with in-house propagation
• Knowledge of customer service, inventory management and regulatory compliance
• Accurate data-entry and record keeping
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
• Proficiency in windows-based software and Internet navigation
