Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Execute visually compelling design assets for in-store displays, signage, packaging, digital ads, and social media in support of New Mexico retail brands
• Adapt approved creative concepts and templates to meet local market, store, and campaign requirements
• Translate marketing briefs and promotional priorities into accurate, production-ready design files
• Ensure all designs are high quality, visually engaging, and aligned with established brand guidelines
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all New Mexico design executions
• Ensure all creative assets meet internal brand standards and external regulatory and compliance requirements
• Work closely with Marketing, Retail Operations, and Merchandising teams to understand project requirements and timelines
• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and execution standards

Requirements

• Strong understanding of design principles, visual identity, and brand consistency
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in retail design, marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
