Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust nutrient levels in the fertigation system
• Maintain and repair equipment as needed
• Ensure optimal growing conditions for plants
• Collaborate with cultivation team to optimize crop production
• Maintain accurate records of nutrient applications and crop yields

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a commercial cultivation facility or related field
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, nutrient management, and crop production
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in horticulture or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
