Fertigation Supervisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Mixing nutrient stock tanks and distributing fertilizer to each grow house
• Ensuring newly planted houses have irrigation lines properly installed
• Performing periodic irrigation line checks to ensure all plants receive proper water and fertilizer
• Collecting and recording data from irrigation events
• Calibrating pH/EC probes and maintaining a clean work environment
• Managing payroll and PTO for Fertigation team members

Requirements

• Age 21 or over
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience leading teams
• Experience with in-house propagation and understanding of proper fertilizers and pesticides
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
• Analytically and communicatively intelligent
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
