Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise commercial strategy across all banners and markets
• Define how merchandising and marketing work together as a single growth engine
• Establish clear decision rights, operating rhythms, and governance models
• Provide executive leadership to the VP, Merchandising & Category Management and downstream category teams
• Own enterprise pricing strategy and promotional architecture
• Lead brand and marketing strategy across all banners
• Partner with FP&A and analytics teams to establish and monitor enterprise KPIs
• Lead the commercial integration of acquired businesses

Requirements

• Experience in a senior merchandising and marketing role
• Strong understanding of the cannabis industry and regulatory environment
• Ability to lead effectively through ambiguity, change, and integration complexity
• Decisive commercial leadership and ability to make confident, timely decisions
• Ability to design repeatable processes, tools, and governance that scale across markets, banners, and acquisitions
• Strong cross-functional partnership and influencing skills
