Cultivation Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain optimal climate, fertility, and integrated pest management (IPM) program
• Supervise labor and materials needed for production
• Manage seed inventory, plant seeds, propagate seedlings, and maintain mothering plants
• Participate in inventory activities
• Coordinate cuttings taken from mothering plants and pot clones
• Manage crop work including watering, fertilizing, pruning, and IPM programs
• Sanitation, trimming, pruning, harvesting, receiving, shipping, and extraction kitchen helper
• Perform routine daily work responsibilities to ensure production, sanitation, inventory control, and general labor support

Requirements

• Age 21 or over
• Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
• Experience in the cannabis industry (preferred)
• Ability to follow instructions unsupervised
• Ability to concentrate on each task
• Ability to understand and communicate information
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time
