Cultivation Technician I

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plant maintenance including pruning, defoliation, and transplanting
• Conduct hand-watering protocols in vegetative and mother rooms
• Assist with plant movements during room transitions and prepare plant material for audits and production tasks
• Conduct daily and weekly IPM scouting, place sticky cards, and support beneficial organism releases
• Maintain sanitation and biosecurity standards to reduce pest and pathogen risk
• Assist Post-Harvest Team in harvest execution, including plant takedown, staging, drying preparation, and harvest sequencing
• Reset flower rooms after harvest, including removal of plant debris, equipment staging, and deep cleaning
• Monitor environmental conditions including temperature, humidity, and VPD in assigned rooms
• Complete accurate STS and ERP entries for plant movements, cultivation activities, and waste

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability and a team-first mindset
• Ability to perform other production, cultivation, or operational duties as assigned
• Knowledge of plant care and cultivation practices
• Understanding of IPM and biosecurity protocols
• Ability to follow SOPs and regulatory standards
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
