Job Description

A Cultivation Technician is needed in Redding, CA to assist in the daily operations of a cannabis cultivation facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Cultivation Technician will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health of plants, as well as assisting with harvesting, pruning, and other tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with pest management and nutrient application

Requirements

Experience in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Knowledge of cannabis cultivation principles and practices
