Job Description

The Cultivation Technician is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of a commercial cannabis cultivation facility in Smithfield, PA. This includes monitoring plant health, maintaining grow room conditions, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of horticulture and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily cultivation tasks such as watering, pruning, and harvesting
Monitor plant health and report any issues to management
Maintain accurate records of plant growth and development

Collaborate with other team members to optimize cultivation techniques and improve yields

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in a commercial cultivation setting
Strong understanding of horticulture and plant biology
Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
