Job Description

A Cultivation Technician is needed in Athol, MA to assist in the daily operations of a cannabis cultivation facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field, and will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized grow environment, monitoring plant health, and assisting with harvesting and pruning.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily cultivation operations, including watering, pruning, and harvesting
Monitor plant health and notify management of any issues

Assist with inventory management and tracking
Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Basic knowledge of plant biology and horticulture practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
