Job Description

A Cultivation Technician is needed in Franklin, NJ to assist in the daily operations of a cannabis cultivation facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in horticulture, botany, or a related field and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Cultivation Technician will be responsible for maintaining the health and quality of the plants, as well as ensuring compliance with all regulations and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the daily care and maintenance of cannabis plants
Monitor and control environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and light
Prune, train, and harvest plants as directed
Maintain accurate records of plant growth, health, and yields
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of experience in horticulture, botany, or a related field
Knowledge of plant biology, soil science, and irrigation systems
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
