Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily care and maintenance of cannabis plants
• Monitor plant health and report any issues to management
• Maintain accurate records of plant growth and development
• Assist in the harvesting and processing of cannabis plants
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a cultivation or horticulture setting
• Strong understanding of plant biology and horticulture
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
