Job Description

A Cultivation Technician is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of a cannabis cultivation facility in Lansing, MI. This includes monitoring and maintaining plant health, pruning and training plants, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain plant health, including pruning and training
Assist in harvesting and processing of cannabis plants
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including equipment and facilities
Assist in pest management and nutrient application
Collaborate with other cultivation staff to achieve production goals

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in a cultivation or agricultural setting
Knowledge of plant biology and horticulture practices
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Basic math skills and attention to detail
