Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the cultivation facility
• Monitor and maintain plant health, including pruning and watering
• Provide general care to the plants, including fertilization and pest management
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve cultivation goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in horticulture or a related field
• Strong understanding of plant biology and horticulture principles
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
