Cultivation Team Lead - Fertigation

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Mixing nutrient stock tanks, and distribution of fertilizer to each grow house
• Ensuring newly planted houses have irrigation lines properly installed
• Periodic irrigation line checks to ensure all plants receive proper water and fertilizer
• Data collection of irrigation events recorded and maintained in a shared spreadsheet with the grow team
• Calibration of PH/EC probes and maintaining a clean work environment

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience with in-house propagation, understanding of proper fertilizers and pesticides
• 1-2 years of experience with good agricultural practices as well as good handling practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
• Analytically and communicatively intelligent
• Age 21 or over
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
