Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of cultivation staff
• Develop and implement cultivation strategies to optimize crop yields and quality
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
• Maintain accurate records of crop growth, yields, and quality
• Monitor and control environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and lighting
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the cultivation process

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in cannabis cultivation or a related field
• Strong understanding of horticulture and plant biology
• Experience with team management and supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in horticulture or a related field preferred
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
