Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cultivation operations, including plant care and maintenance
• Manage a team of cultivation staff, providing guidance and training as needed
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
• Monitor and control environmental factors, such as temperature, humidity, and lighting
• Develop and implement cultivation strategies to optimize plant growth and yield

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in cannabis cultivation or a related field
• Strong understanding of plant biology and horticulture
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in horticulture or related field preferred
