Cultivation Supervisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cultivation operations, including planting, pruning, and harvesting
• Supervise a team of cultivation staff, providing guidance and training as needed
• Monitor and control environmental factors, such as temperature, humidity, and lighting
• Develop and implement crop rotation and nutrient plans to optimize yields
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, including sanitation, safety, and security protocols

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in cannabis cultivation, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of cannabis cultivation techniques, including hydroponics and soil-based systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in horticulture or related field preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
