Cultivation Associate (Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm), Lake Orion, MI

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Basic plant maintenance
• Propagation, Vegetation and Flowering stages of production
• Assist in harvest, weighing and packaging of product
• Cleaning and sanitation of production areas and equipment
• Set-up and break down of production areas
• Follow facility SOPs and warning labels
• Use trade tools and computer software
• Follow proprietary nutrient program

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relatable work experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry level experience as greenhouse technician a plus
• Excellent mathematics, language and reasoning skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• General tool, hardware, ladder & building skills
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task
• Must be 21 or over
