Job Description

Cultivation Associate responsible for every aspect of a plant’s life cycle, from taking clones to harvesting its final product.

Key Responsibilities

Basic plant maintenance
Propagation, Vegetation and Flowering stages of production
Assist in harvest, weighing and packaging of product
Cleaning and sanitation of production areas and equipment
Follow established proprietary nutrient program
Comply with state and federal policy and regulations

Requirements

Minimum of three years of relatable work experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent mathematics, language, and reasoning skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
General tool, hardware, ladder & building skills
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
