Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Guide patients in selecting medical cannabis products
• Provide education on product types, uses, and dosage
• Verify patient ID and recommendation status
• Manage patient profiles and check-in/check-out processes
• Adhere to doctors' notes and Ohio laws and regulations
• Assist with daily inventory and maintain patient confidentiality
• Communicate with patients and staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass background check and licensing requirements
• Retail or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
