Traveling Shift Lead

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly and welcoming experience to customers at multiple store locations
• Assist customers with product selection and information
• Offer detailed product guidance and answer customer questions
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
• Support the team in training staff on proper cash handling and transaction procedures
• Collaborate with colleagues to perform daily cash reconciliation and reporting
• Participate in routine cash register audits
• Ensure products are properly organized for easy restocking and accessibility
• Support in-store promotions and sales strategies to help manage and move inventory

Requirements

• Ability to travel to multiple locations in a day
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling and inventory management
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
