Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate post-merger integration activities across people, processes, systems, and culture while maintaining operational continuity
• Develop and maintain integration roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and success metrics
• Manage coordination and tracking for real estate initiatives, including dispensary acquisitions, new store openings, relocations, expansions, renovations, and facility upgrades
• Translate corporate growth and market expansion strategies into structured project plans with defined milestones and accountability
• Maintain project plans, trackers, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies
• Prepare clear, concise, and executive-ready materials, including status reports, presentations, and analytical summaries

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills
• Analytical rigor
• Comfort managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to influence outcomes through collaboration rather than direct authority
• Working knowledge of state and local cannabis regulations, licensing requirements, zoning considerations, and compliance impacts on development projects
