Regional Vice President, Operations

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Execute strategic direction for regional manufacturing operations
• Provide strategic guidance and direction to Directors, Site Operations
• Own the regional P&L and drive data-based decisions
• Drive cross-functional alignment across departments
• Champion a high-performance culture and develop talent
• Ensure rigorous compliance with regulations and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Engineering, or Business
• 10+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Multi-site leadership experience and Consumer Packaged Good experience required
• In-depth knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and certifications a plus
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing a P&L
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment
