Job Description

Schwazze is seeking a Shift Lead to ensure the seamless operation of their dispensary store in Denver. The Shift Lead will play a crucial role in maintaining a harmonious balance of adherence to policies, procedures, and operational guidelines while enhancing the customer experience. This is a non-supervisory role that is intricately woven into the fabric of daily store operations, ensuring every aspect runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience
Offer expert cannabis product information and guidance
Address customer inquiries and concerns
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Collaborate with the team to suggest improvements based on customer feedback
Assist with returns and exchanges
Support the team in training staff on proper cash handling and transaction procedures
Participate in routine cash register audits
Contribute to maintaining product quality and safety standards
Support the organization of products for easy restocking and accessibility
Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure accurate inventory levels

Requirements
