Job Description

Schwazze is seeking a Shift Lead to ensure the seamless operation of their dispensary store. The Shift Lead plays a crucial role in maintaining a harmonious balance of adherence to policies, procedures, and operational guidelines while enhancing the customer experience. This role is pivotal in the overall success of the dispensary, making each customer visit a memorable one.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience
Offer expert cannabis product information and guidance
Address customer inquiries and concerns
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Collaborate with the team to suggest improvements based on customer feedback
Assist with returns and exchanges
Support the team in training staff on proper cash handling and transaction procedures
Participate in routine cash register audits
Contribute to maintaining product quality and safety standards
Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure accurate inventory levels

Requirements

Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations
Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
