Retail General Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and associates to exceed operational and financial goals
• Oversee scheduling, cash and inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance
• Champion a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement
• Develop and coach Assistant GMs, preparing them for future leadership roles
• Collaborate with corporate and cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Ensure safety, consistency, and excellence in every facet of operations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in multi-functional retail management with direct supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with scheduling, inventory systems, and financial reporting
• A high level of integrity, personal motivation, adaptability, and sense of urgency
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must commit to coming to work sober
• Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check
• Minimum 21 years of age
