Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Oversee the operations of multiple retail dispensaries in Pennsylvania
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Provide coaching and training to dispensary staff
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the cannabis industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania cannabis laws and regulations
• Ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback
• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
