Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional retail strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Oversee daily operations of multiple dispensaries, including inventory management, customer service, and employee supervision

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a regulated industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of cannabis regulations and laws in New Jersey
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
