Regional Recruiter-East Coast (NJ and MA)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various locations on the East Coast
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and make job offers
• Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruitment tools to advertise job openings

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Knowledge of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
