Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner
• Compliantly check IDs in accordance with MED laws and regulations
• Scan customers into the POS system
• Organize customer queues
• Sign in visitors to the guest log
• Communicate product assortment to consumers
• Uphold Schwazze SOPs
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and front of the store area
• Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Direct calls to appropriate members of the retail team if needed

Requirements

• Maintain familiarity with IDs from all over the country and recognize fraudulent ID cards
• Uphold MED laws and regulations surrounding what constitutes a valid form of ID
• Uphold company SOPs on ID checking
• Refuse entry to customers that do not have a valid form of ID, or who are underage
• Pay close attention to the arrival of customers to ensure that customers are seen in the order that they arrive
• Direct online ordering customers to the online ordering check out to avoid long wait-times
