Part-Time Inventory Specialist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Follow Policies & Procedures for daily operations and comply with state marijuana regulations
• Move finished good materials from production during lab testing and after labeling
• Repack and verify finished goods
• Stock finished goods to the forward pick locations (FIFO)
• Use and maintain all inventory tracking systems
• Assist in order verifications
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the vault
• Work in Seed to Sale system
• Perform daily reconciliation process for all point-of-sale items
• Assist and complete annual inventory as required by regulations

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly unassisted
• Ability to perform various physical activities, including lifting, standing, and squatting
• Ability to wear personal protective gear during portions of the day
• Focus on short- and long-term goals
• Comfort with security protocols, including video monitoring and employee tracking
