Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport cannabis products from the facility to customer/business locations, adhering to state laws and company regulations
• Follow predetermined delivery routes and schedules to guarantee timely delivery of products
• Provide top-tier customer service, including verifying customer identification, explaining product details, and addressing inquiries related to cannabis products
• Stay informed about various cannabis products offered, including their effects, uses, and proper storage
• Keep accurate records of inventory and sales transactions, ensuring product orders are precisely matched to customer requests
• Adhere to all state and company regulations governing cannabis delivery, including age verification and record-keeping obligations
• Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any maintenance or safety issues
